Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
  • Provide leadership to the management teams of the individual companies, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall objectives.
  • Oversee the performance of the security, digital referencing, construction, and real estate divisions, ensuring the achievement of revenue and market share goals.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting for the group.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory
