Our client an edible oil refinery is urgently seeking to engage the service of a qualified Electrical Engineer/Technician with a minimum of HND in Electrical Engineer and over five (5) years working experience for their operations.
Electrical Technician will be responsible to perform the following:
Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems, focusing on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Analyzing electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
Directing and coordinating manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
Performing detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications.
Using computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
Supervising or training project team members as necessary.
Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes.
Inspecting completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
10. Maintaining electrical equipment
Salary Range: GHS 2,000.00 -2,500.00
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: Higher National Diploma
