Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
New Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the steel industry.
Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
Prospect and qualify potential clients.
Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on our steel product offerings and industry trends.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of our products.
Provide technical information and support as needed.
Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
