A reputable  real estate and construction company is seeking an Office Manager to oversee and enhance daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company’s goals.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of various departments
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on best practices.  
  • Maintain accurate records of office activities, projects, and correspondence.  
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.  
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure costeffective operations.  
  • Support business development initiatives, including client engagement and partnership management.  
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project timelines are met. 

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.  
    • Must live around East legon and it’s environs
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction,  project management,real estate, and business development.  
    • Proven leadership and team management skills.  
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.  
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.  
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
