GRAPHIC DESIGNING
• Develop and produce design concepts for a variety of projects including digital and print media, advertisements, social media graphics, branding materials, and more.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and requirements.
• Create eye-catching layouts and illustrations that align with the brand identity and project objectives.
• Prepare and present design proposals and revisions based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards.

SOCIAL. MEDIA MANAGER
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms including
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to audience inquiries and comments.
• Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
• Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

.MARKETING LEAD

• Coordinate the flow of information and disseminate it according to plan.
• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
• Conduct extensive analysis of the market, competition, customers, and historical business levels.
• Liaise with agencies and YUM marketing to devise and execute marketing programs.
• Supervise social media outreach, develop and implement advertising and promotional strategies for the company's market.
• Work with General Manager and units to determine the event budget and manage expenses to that budget.

Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Education: First Degree
Requirements
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, Social Media, Graphic Designing, and handling Marketing trends with a track record of successful campaigns. - Strong understanding of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices. - Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools etc.). - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
