We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Manager to oversee property management, acquisition, leasing, and marketing. The ideal candidate will maintain profitable real estate portfolios, ensure tenant satisfaction, and meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee daily operations of properties, including maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations.
Leasing and Sales: Develop strategies to attract and retain tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and ensure timely occupancy.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify real estate trends, pricing, and growth opportunities.
Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure properties meet financial performance targets.
Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and market conditions to management.


Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
