Recruitment and Training of Guards
Routine Patrol and Guard Checks: Ride your motorcycle to visit various client locations, ensuring that guards are at their assigned posts, active, and following the required procedures. Conduct both random and scheduled checks to ensure that guards are maintaining alertness, professionalism, and vigilance during their shifts.
Client and Guard Engagement: Actively listen to feedback from both guards and clients, addressing any issues they may have, from operational needs to specific security concerns.
Location Assessment for New Contracts: Before taking on new contracts, you’ll visit potential client locations to assess the security needs based on size, layout, and risk level.Determine if the client's request for a specific number of guards is adequate, or if adjustments are necessary based on the size and nature of the location.
Incident Management and Reporting: Notify the company immediately, ensuring that the appropriate steps are taken, and that proper reports are filed. Whether it's a theft, injury, or any critical situation, you'll be responsible for informing management and initiating the response protocol.
Maintaining Patrol Efficiency and Safety: Ensure your patrol routes are effective and efficient by adjusting your schedule as needed for both day and night checks.
