We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and professional School Secretary to provide administrative support to our school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the school's front desk, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and receiving visitors. - Provide administrative support to the School Principal - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. - Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other communications to parents, staff, and students. - Provide information and support to parents, students, and staff on school policies, procedures, and events. - Prepare agendas, minutes, and other documents as required.- Manage the Principal's calendar
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a school setting.- First degree in administration or related field - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other administrative software.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
