Manage and guide the security operations team, Ensure that security resources are distributed effectively to meet operational demands and client requirements.
Risk Assessment and Threat Management: Regularly assess potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks for the organization and its clients. Create and implement risk management plans to address identified threats, ensuring the safety and security of assets, personnel, and property. Adjust strategies and protocols accordingly to address evolving risks.
Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring patrols, shifts, and security measures are conducted according to established protocols. Take charge during security incidents, ensuring swift and effective response. Oversee investigations into incidents, from thefts to emergencies, and ensure proper reporting.
Client Relationship Management: as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their security concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Training and Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of security personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
