I work with an Italian company called CRS Nd one day My project manager just sacked me from work because I got very sick and went home without asking permission from him and that I couldn’t report on the next day..

I am working at LETAP PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED. And we are facing many problems in the company, which does not match with the labor laws of Ghana.
We start work at 7:00am and break 12:00pm-1:00pm and work from
1:00pm-4:00pm if there is no overtime.But if there is overtime, we work from 1:00pm-7:00pm.
But this days our FACTORY MANAGER said no one should go out to either urinate or go to toilet from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
So I want to inform the authorities to help us so that we can live harmoniously in the company,so that our right as workers can be maintained.

I used to work for a certain Indian company in Nigeria and Ghana. They were giving our salary quarterly but two months late so it is actually every 5 months. Is that not illegal! When I left the company I still have my October salary and five days in November left. They already issued bnthe salaries this week but I have not received mine together with my fellow Filipino who also resigned despite their promise that it will be remitted.
