Question for Labour Department

I used to work for a certain Indian company in Nigeria and Ghana. They were giving our salary quarterly but two months late so it is actually every 5 months. Is that not illegal! When I left the company I still have my October salary and five days in November left. They already issued bnthe salaries this week but I have not received mine together with my fellow Filipino who also resigned despite their promise that it will be remitted. I want to complain or Raise our case i your ministry, Can you help mus to get our salary? Thank you and God Bless.....Reynaldo(Fr. Philippines)
