Question for National Labour Commission

Please we are working in a hotel and we came for morning shift and closed at 2pm and went home the next morning when we came to work the computer in the restaurant was not there and the hotel CCTV cameras captured a thief came into the compound to steal it and the security men and night auditors were all asleep. The food and beverage department have been deducted 50% of our salaries, is it right?
