Job Description
1. Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and prevent overstocking or stock outs.
3. Conduct daily audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory data, including receipts, shipments, and stock movements.
6. Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to plan and manage the stock replenishment schedule.
7. Lead and manage the inventory team, including warehouse staff, to ensure adherence to procedures and smooth operations.
8. Train and mentor team members on inventory processes and systems.
9. Develop efficient workflows for receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
10. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in inventory handling.
11. Generate and analyze inventory reports for management.
12. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods where applicable.
Working Experience: More than 10 years
Education: First Degree

Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.2. At least 10 years of proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role.3. Strong knowledge of SAP.4. Managerial experience with the ability to lead a team.5. Candidate must be 40 years of age or older.6. Must be willing to work on Saturday
