Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our pest control operations. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient service delivery, optimizing team performance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of pest control services and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily pest control operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure quality.
  • Monitor job schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise pest control technicians and other team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

    • Customer Service:

  • Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align operations with customer acquisition and retention goals.

    • Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments and methods.
  • Ensure the use of safe and environmentally friendly pest control solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance.

    • Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Track expenses and revenues related to pest control operations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase operational profitability.

    • Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Analyze operational data and generate reports on performance metrics.
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve service delivery and business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set goals and develop long-term operational plans.


    • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

    Requirements
    • Qualifications and SkillsEducation and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pest control or service industry.
    • Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, tools, and safety practices.
    • Proficiency in using operational software and tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
