Role summary:
The Manufacturing HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the manufacturing leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. The HRBP will provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive working environment. The role is critical in supporting a high-performance culture and driving change initiatives within the manufacturing plant.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the main HR contact for manufacturing employees, addressing grievances and promoting morale through engagement strategies.
Performance Management:
Lead performance reviews, support career development for high performers, and manage improvement plans when needed.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing needs, align workforce plans with business goals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Learning & Development:
Identify skill gaps and support training programs, focusing on leadership and operational efficiency.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and safety protocols, driving HR initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
Change Management & Organizational Development:
Lead change initiatives, design organizational structures to improve efficiency, and support process improvements.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
Ensure competitive and fair compensation and advise on benefits, incentives, and wellness programs.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Requirements
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration (preferred).Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proven experience in talent acquisition and management.
