Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and sequencing of finishing tasks.
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications
Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, and joinery.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all finishing activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of finishing works.
Monitor the progress of finishing activities, addressing any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to finishes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on finishing works.
Ensure adherence to budget and timelines, optimizing resource use where possible.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Education: First Degree
