Job Summary:
We're seeking charismatic and experienced TV Presenters to host our [show/program] and engage audiences with informative, entertaining, and compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Air:
1. Present live or pre-recorded programs, including news, current events, interviews, and features.
2. Deliver scripted and unscripted content with confidence and authority.
3. Engage with guests, experts, and viewers through interviews, discussions, and debates.
4. Provide insightful commentary and analysis on current events.
Off-Air:
1. Research and prepare for programs, including reading scripts, researching topics, and conducting interviews.
2. Collaborate with producers, writers, and other talent to develop show concepts and content.
3. Attend rehearsals, meetings, and production planning sessions.
4. Participate in promotional activities, including social media, public appearances, and press events.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas (e.g., news, sports, entertainment).
2. Stay up-to-date with current events, trends, and industry developments.
3. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, guests, and industry professionals.
4. Adhere to network standards, guidelines, and brand identity.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. 2+ years of TV presenting experience (live or pre-recorded).
2. Strong on-camera presence, charisma, and communication skills.
3. Excellent research and interviewing skills.
4. Ability to think critically and respond quickly to breaking news or unexpected events.
5. Familiarity with broadcasting regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Desirable:
1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
2. Experience with autocue, teleprompter, and studio equipment.
3. Knowledge of editing software (e.g., Avid, Adobe Premiere).
4. Social media savvy and online presence.
