JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant General Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of key departments within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role includes the supervision of the Housekeeping, Facilities and Maintenance, Front Office, Procurement, and Food & Beverage departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

General Responsibilities:
Education Required: Master’s Degree
- Minimum of Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in hotel operations, with a focus on multi-departmental oversight.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
