Job Presentation

As a Distribution Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share through various distribution channels. Having many years mobile phones industry sales working experience ( least 3 years or more), And familiar with big dealers and good retail shops in the mobile open market , also have Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve distribution sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence through distribution channels.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new distribution partners, including wholesalers, retailers.
  • Manage existing distribution channels and optimize performance by providing training, support, and incentives to partners.
  • Do good team administration management work to make sure the local distribution team can work well to reach monthly sales target.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth within distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral tailored to distribution channels.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
