A prominent fashion designer is seeking an organized, resourceful, and fashion-savvy Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support. The Personal Assistant will manage the designer’s schedule, coordinate communication, handle administrative tasks, and assist in various aspects of the design and production processes. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the fashion industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and Calendar Management:
Manage the designer’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate fashion shows, fittings, and client appointments.
Ensure the designer’s schedule runs smoothly and adjust plans as needed.
Client and Vendor Liaison:
Communicate on behalf of the designer, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, stylists, and models as needed.
Administrative Support:
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain organized records of orders, contracts, and design materials.
Project Coordination:
Assist with organizing fashion projects, photoshoots, and events.
Track timelines for design projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with production logistics and liaise with the production team.
Fashion Industry Knowledge and Support:
Stay updated on industry trends and assist the designer in research for new collections.
Assist in fabric sourcing, order placements, and coordination with tailors and production teams.
Provide input on design ideas and client preferences when needed.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Help plan and execute events such as fashion shows, trunk shows, and client fittings.
Coordinate with event vendors, manage guest lists, and oversee event logistics.
Social Media and Brand Representation:
Support the designer’s social media presence, coordinating posts, stories, and interactions.
Represent the designer at industry events and maintain a professional, brand-aligned demeanor.
Working Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Requirements
- Degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a personal assistant, ideally in the fashion or creative industry.Strong understanding of the fashion industry, trends, and design process.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software is a plus.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
