Position SummaryOur team is currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR intern to join its Human Resource department. This position is great for graduates and aspiring professionals who are looking to work on business-critical assignments and gain relevant work experience.  The intern will be based in Akuse in the Eastern Region. What You Will Do:The Intern will Support the Human Resource Manager with the following activities: 

Recruitment of Factory Workers

On-boarding activities for new hires.

Updating employee databases by entering new employee contact information, details, and more.

Organizing and setting up interviews with any shortlisted candidates.

Coordinating logistics for training programs.

Helping in organizing company events and corporate activities.

Completing HR documentation,

Learning and getting familiar with the company’s HR policies and employee benefits to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.

Providing other administrative support.

Participating in trainings

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
