Our client a premium financial service group is seeking to hire a self-driven, results-oriented, and qualified individuals with excellent interpersonal skills to assist with the operations of the company as a Sales Consultants

ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining their client base, marketing, and selling products, and contributing to the financial well-being of the community. He or She will perform the following duties as well:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
Manage marketing and events to increase brand exposure
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Stay abreast of best practices and promotional trends


Working Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education: Higher National Diploma
Requirements
  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of HND in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.REQUIREMENTS
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
