Responsibilities for Account OfficerProcess accounts payable and receivable, depending on roleUtilize database software to organize financial account informationHandle account inquiries from internal and external sourcesPerform internal audits on financial activities as necessaryReview both incoming and outgoing invoicesGenerate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
Qualifications for Account Officer1st degree in business administration or HND, account preferredMust have completed National serviceFamiliarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using accounting software, such as Quickbooks or TallyStrong organizational skillsSelf-motivated and detail-orientedQuick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessaryStrong math and critical reasoning skills
