Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role includes developing recruitment strategies, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the staffing needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
Use various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and employee referrals.
Maintain and update the company's talent pool with potential candidates
Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, professional social networks, and other media platforms.
Ensure job ads are clear, concise, and reflective of the organization's culture and job requirements
Review applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Provide timely updates on the status of applications and interviews.
Manage disqualified candidates professionally, keeping their details in the talent pool for future opening
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Provide consultation on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate selection
Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Use data to optimize and improve recruitment strategies.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies.
Manage the recruitment database and ensure all candidate data is properly recorded and maintained in accordance with privacy laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or HR (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and methods.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Working Experience: 3 - 5 Years
