Please I have a tie2 account with Metropolitan insurance since 2014. Can i do a partial redrawal?

I have a policy with metro since 2010 and l made partial redrawal once some where 2015.my problem is recently l ask for partial redrawal in 13th February 2021 and since then l have not received my money wants to know where it has delay.

I have a policy with metro which they deduct ghc30 from controller but for the past four month after deducting from controller you people still go ahead to deduct from my bank account so I want you to stop and refund my money to me

Why don't we received statements on all tier 2 contributions made?

I applied for a partial refund three weeks ago( 1st August,2019). I was told I would receive it in eight working days time. But I haven't heard anything from the branch I visited. And frustrating part of this is that the employee who attended to me doesn't pick my calls. Meanwhile she was the very person who gave the contact numbers.

Please l want to find out if l have qualified for a partial withdrawal

I want to know why my money has since not been paid to my bank since 27th of June, 2019 rather than tossing me here and there. i need my money today or i will go to the social media.
