Question for Metropolitan Ghana

I applied for a partial refund three weeks ago( 1st August,2019). I was told I would receive it in eight working days time. But I haven't heard anything from the branch I visited. And frustrating part of this is that the employee who attended to me doesn't pick my calls. Meanwhile she was the very person who gave the contact numbers.
