Review My bet isn't lost the ticket still correct not lost

My bet isn't lost because I went over 3.5 bookings for Atletico Bilbao and Cardif and they played 4 bookings 3 for Bilbao and 1 for Cardiff, but sporty said I lost that ticket how. Please review and bring back my bet else I will visit the gaming commission and show them the evidence this isn't the first time.
