Before I bought my color printer from them, I contacted their live chat customer support and told them the kind of work I do so they helped me with one that fits the work. I am not very good at operating these IT stuffs, so when I need a particular feature to work, I sometimes contact them and then they take me through. This company is just amazing. I'd gladly recommend them to any one.
