Review Ignored by ECG

We the personnels of kotei police barracks are asking the ECG of Asokwa why we have been ignored for the pass 3days without light.
3days today our transformer caught fire, ECG personnels came to work on it hoping we were going to sleep with lights, only for them to leave unannounced seems that is not enough we have been left to sleep in darkness since. The most annoying thing is when you call the office line no one seem to answer the call and things in our fridge are going bad. Again I ask what is happening..?? Can someone please tell us something or we are not part of the Ghana as a country
