Review Deducting huge money from potential return for one match refund

This is not once but thrice that I have place bet but you guys keep on deducting huge money from my potential return after a match is refund I don't understand why please explain to me ...if a match is wealth 55ghc then why will I waste my time to select more than 12 teams only to know that you guys want to dupe us I don't want to go around n spoil ur business please do something now
