Lack of respect for customers
I have been expecting my parcel from FedEx 4 days ago. This has not materialized and All attempts to reach their office lines have been unsuccessful. The line is either busy or no one responds and I find this disrespectful and unacceptable for a corporate organisation that provide a service such as theirs.
You have to put your acts together
