I have been staking on phone through *959#,and most of the time my Momo is deducted and TICKET won't be issued.
Just today Monday at 6:44 am,20th July 2020.i stake two sure and my account has been deducted but yet No tickets has been issued.What sort of "Nosense" app is this.

Same have been happening to me ...abt what Kwame Opoku is complaining abt....sometimes in my case whenever I entered the short code (*959#)....everything seems to go well until I got to end....but nothing happens again when the app tells me to wait for the final authorization for the mobile money....

Sup bro. I also encountered the same problem earlier today 29 May, 2021 at exactly 7:5AM. After waiting for about hour and thirty minutes, I went to the or website and sent them a message giving them the details of the number I used in buying the tickets, how many tickets I bought and how much was deducted. I also added the transaction receipt and gave them a screenshot of the SMS receipt I received after making the transaction.
Guys I wish to tell you that they have sent my receipts to me through mail. All ten receipts.
I'll urge you to follow this proverdure whenever you encounter this problem again.
