This is a wrong rating as the service i recived from them was very bad.
I sent my Tv set to repaired and i have not recieved it yet.
i sent it on the 29/09/2016.
i have been to their office severally and called over 8 times.
Their customer service at the ring road accra could not even fine my details on their computer although i had the details of the job card with me and gave it to them.
i am considering a lawsuit against them.
The custmer service team at the ring road keep telling me they will call me back.
I think their service is very poor and i am sending this bad service to my coleageus at the office and anyone who comes ask about their service
i am even planning to send this to facebook and i have the a couple of friends who have experienced the same bad treatment
the customer service person had the guts to tell me they have stopped repairing Plasma sets.
So i ask that why then do they have to recieve my TV set if you dont repair them anymore

My guy I do side with you on this issue. I sent my galaxy j4 to their ring road office since October 30th of this year. I had an issue with my microphone speaker being faulty. Its almost getting to a month now and trust me they keep telling me stories upon stories and now I am even fed up. I seem to have lost interest in even going there again. Their customer service is extremely terrible.
