Review Pending Withdrawal

Good afternoon. I did a withdrawal of GHC151.50 from my bet account into my registered number ******** since yesterday with the Trade No.********trd******** but have not received it yet. It's still pending eventhough it has been deducted from my bet account and I seriously don't know what's happening. The management should please sit up and do something about it because someone like me trust the company so much. Thank you
