Review PENDING WITHDRAWAL

On the 1st of July 2019 ,I placed a bet of 40gh cedis with bet transaction ID#********trd********,ticket #********and the pending withdrawal transaction ID #********trd********.since July 1st the withdrawal process has been pending till now ,the registered Mobil phone # ******** .I have been calling and texting but no response, please i want the administration to come to my aid or i will report it to the gaming commission.
