Review of Bling Body Gym

Hi, I was was part of a group from the US who travelled Ghana last year. When we came across Bling Body Gym around the Spintex Road we were all amazed about the quality of the Gym. We participated in the classes and they were very effective. The instructor had his own unique style and it was good. The equipments are fantastic and very much the standard we have in the US. After the workout we had dinner at Fresh Kitchen which is adjacent. The smoothies were so fresh and tasty I had to order 3 of them :) Highly recommendable place to Exercise and have a good time in Ghana
