Very bad customer service. I came back to my office and was told I was even lucky the lady at the reception attended to me. I don't know if you are in business to make money if you are get proper trained staff not just any girl with a pretty face to work for you. I never knew you only work with gold and silverthus bronze is beneath you

Hmmm No Comments about the customer care. I quite remember I had a similar customer care issue. Too bad.
