Review of United Parcel Service (UPS)

I will never use UPS again. We ordered medical supplies and because we work and live in an apartment the driver would not deliver the supplies or leave them with the office manager. People work and if the driver cannot deliver after 5 then they should be left with the manager's office. This is what usually happens. I had to go out and get them myself at the UPS office in Pacific Wa. I am not well and cannot lift but I now have to lift the boxes and carry them to my car and up the stairs where I live. I also had to go out late at night to do this and have to get up early for work. I am doing the UPS driver's job so why use them at all?? I will never use them again in the future and have told everyone I know about my horrible experience. I also called customer service and they would not help my either. They said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go get the supplies if I wanted them. I asked for the number of the UPS center in Pacific to get a time and they would not give it to me.
