Question for New Professional Audio Systems

My church is looking for a good quality cordless microphone to buy for our Rev. we have been struggling to get a good one and service has been always interrupted because of faulty microphones. Do you have some type of microphone to recommend?

Also, our sound mixing is very poor, do you train people for mixing sounds?
