Question for Vodafone Gh. Ltd.

Hello my name is Michelle and am
a tigo user..a Vodafone agent took my phone yesterday and ported it to Vodafone without my permission.. Initially I agreed but later said no..please I need your help because I didn't take the sim and my tigo line is disconnected now.my number is ********
