What is it that all your officers are locked LA, Pawpaw street,near Zenth Bank and etc all your contact not going through and I have paid money too

I bought a piece of land from them,made final payment in 2012,have not received the indenture promised.Can't contact them.Could we come together and petition the real estate developers associat ion.
