Question for Somotex Gh. Ltd. (Head Office)

Please I am Avorkpo Setsorphia I bought an LG 32 inches' from your office in march I have not on the tv until on evening when I want to use it and to my surprise the tv has develop some inks at one conner immediately I contacted the office and when I send it they took me gh300.00 in addition to the amount I bout the garget now I come back home and it was working so It was normal to me but my surprise the tv is not working and I dont understand this whole thing what should it all mean?
