Question for La Veterinary Hospital

My dog delivered 6 puppies 3 weeks ago and recently found out the puppies and the mum has been infected with "Botflies", an expert was called to treat them by bring the worms out yet still there are still Botflies in their skin .. is there any help for me or anything to stop the worms or kill them .
