Question for Environmental Protection Agency

Please there is a warehouse in an Estate(Ahinsan estate), where I stay and they always burn the unwanted goods at the exact place the warehouse is which is causing great danger to us.Its an estate and the warehouse is just a stone throw.What can you do to stop it since our numerous confrontation has not yielded results.
