Question for 37 Military Hospital

I have a friend currently in your hospital I was told surgery was required by a specialist was made to pay specialist before he would operate now she is about to be discharged I have been told her insurance will not cover all of her mrdical and she is to pay before she can leave the hospital. does 37 military hospital have a paitent billing service that one can pay payments to or is full payment expected to be paid before she can get authorized release from hospital. her name is Gladys telfah Donkoh her dr is Dr francis gunnhey can you please answer my question as need to make travel arrangements for her and need to verify that this is correct?
