Question for Credit Mall Ltd.

I bought a 55 inch television on credit from your outfit in Kumasi and in a few months it developed a fault I contacted your office and they told me to return the tv as they have had issues with that brand of television they sold out. Since I returned it on November 4, 2023 up to now I have since not got replacement. I use to call the office but no good news. What can be done to help me.
