Question for National Association Of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT)

Hello. Please I want to ask if I can have my contributions back if I don't want to be part of the Greater Accra Nagrat welfare dues. Secondly, aside Nagrat fund dues. What is the Nagrat deuctions also for? Thank you.
