Question for NET2 Television

Why are the needy people not getting access to education, always the rich people are getting scholarship for their wards and children from poor home are not getting scholarship. The most painful thing is that we all vote because it is our responsibility todo so but the national cake is being enjoyed by few people, why should it be so. Ghana why?
