Question for Viasat 1 Ghana

Please viasat 1 always goes on and off. Is there a problem from your end??
Or is it on a particular satellite I can purchase??
I badly need your assistance because it's my number one station and am missing JU mMung a lot. I rescanned my digital TV over and over again but still not coming. pls help me.
