Question for Environmental Protection Agency

Please, I'm a resident at Atonsu Kuwait in Kumasi. I have been wondering whether your renowned agency has not realized the unpardonable harm the over 8months open, massive and 24/7 burning of the Oti refuse dump has been posing on the health of the said area and beyond. Please, charge whoever is responsible to abate such massive nuisance especially in these times when we have a pandemic battling our respiratory health. We are being deprived of nature's free gift of clean air for our healthy living. I would be most grateful to see an immediate end to the situation, but would be equally disappointed to see no action as early as possible. Thanks.
